Overview
Garcia Enterprise Holdings, LLC provides sourced, custom, and made-to-order products. Due to the nature of these goods, all sales are subject to the terms below.
Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed through written quotes, invoices, or purchase agreements. Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of the approved specifications and this policy.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
- All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale
- These items are not eligible for return or refund once production or sourcing has begun
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications prior to payment
Sourced Products (Non-Custom)
For non-custom, sourced items:
- Returns may be considered only if approved in writing
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Approved returns may be subject to:
- Restocking fees
- Return shipping costs
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged:
- Notification must be made within 5 days of delivery
- Supporting photos and documentation are required
Garcia Enterprise Holdings will:
- Replace the item, or
- Provide an appropriate resolution at its discretion
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on sourcing, production, and logistics conditions
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are not grounds for refunds
Cancellations
- Orders may not be canceled once production, sourcing, or procurement has begun
- Any approved cancellations may be subject to incurred costs
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized items
- Used products
- Items not in original condition
- Bulk or special-order products
